Terms of sale
Version of 17 October 2026. The French version of these terms (CGV) is the reference text; this English version is provided for convenience.
1. Seller and purpose
Framework SARL AU, Casablanca, Morocco (“the Seller”) sells through excelbp.com the “ExcelBP Basic” service: an 8-page PDF report, its editable Word version and the complete Excel workbook (.xlsx), produced from the answers to the questionnaire.
2. What you get
An 8-page PDF report, its editable Word version and the complete Excel workbook (.xlsx), produced from the answers to the questionnaire. The workbook includes an assumptions sheet, a 3-year profit and loss, monthly cash flow over 36 months, a funding plan and a dashboard. One revision is included (section 6).
3. Price and payment
Price: €99 per order (US$109 outside the eurozone), one-off payment, online, through Polar, which acts as merchant of record and applies any VAT or sales tax due. The checkout currency depends on the buyer's country. Promotional codes are valid on the dates shown and cannot be combined.
4. Your obligations
You fill in the online questionnaire with accurate information. The delivery time starts when a complete questionnaire is received.
5. Delivery
The report (PDF and Word) and the workbook are sent by email to the address you give, within 48 business hours of receiving the complete questionnaire. If essential information is missing, the Seller writes to you and the delivery time is suspended.
6. Revision
One (1) revision is included: you have 7 days after delivery to request it by email, on the data and structure initially agreed. Reply within 48 business hours. Each extra revision costs €19 and is carried out after payment. A redesign of the project is a new order.
7. Refund
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, by email to [email protected] with your order reference. The refund is made to the same payment method through Polar.
8. Intellectual property
The report (PDF and Word) and the workbook delivered belong to you: you may edit them and pass them on as they are to any third party (bank, investor, adviser). The report contains no editorial text from the Seller; only a discreet mention of the calculation model appears. You keep ownership of your data; the calculation model remains the Seller's property.
9. Liability
The report and the workbook are modelling tools based on your assumptions. They are not financial, tax or legal advice and do not promise any funding. The Seller's liability is limited to the price paid.
10. Personal data
See the privacy policy.
11. Governing law
Moroccan law, without prejudice to the mandatory rights a consumer enjoys in their country of residence. Complaints: [email protected].
