Data collected

Your email, your name and your questionnaire answers (project description, figures, funding). Payment is handled by Polar: we neither see nor keep your card details. If you apply to the partner programme: your organisation's details and your message, used to review the application and to pay commissions.

Purposes

To produce and deliver your business plan, to handle follow-up (revision, refund) and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. We do not use your answers for any other purpose and we do not sell them.

Storage and processors

Answers are stored with Cloudflare (site hosting and database). Payment is processed by Polar. Emails go through our mailbox. These providers may process data outside Morocco, the United Kingdom and the European Union.

Retention

Questionnaire answers: 12 months after delivery, then deleted. Billing data: the legal accounting retention period.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, objection: write to [email protected]. In Morocco you may also contact the CNDP (law 09-08); elsewhere, the data protection authority of your country.
